Digital Products: All digital products are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No shipping required. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive your download within a few minutes of purchase. For any issues contact us at hello@wrightacres.net
Physical Products (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Mugs & More)
Processing Time: All physical products are made to order through our print on demand partner. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be produced before shipping.
Shipping Time:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after production
- Total estimated delivery: 5-8 business days from order date.
Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping: $4.75
- Free Shipping on orders over $60!
Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will recieve a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@wrightacres.net within 15 days with photos and your order number.
